[mdlug] mdlug Digest????

So, like many of you I subscribe to the Digest, one day of getting new
e-mails from you all ever couple of minutes helped me change that, I like
y'all, but not that much :-)

However, I'm yet to figure out how the Digest thing actually works. Most
Digests I get are once a day, but MDLUG certainly isn't, as sometimes I get
4 of them,  and its not once it gets to a X number of emails, as sometimes I
get them with just one message in it.

Out of curiosity *what's the deal?*
