Your CPU doesn't need diagnosis.. it's burned up and needs REPLACEMENT.

Do you think you're going to invoke some magic command to
make it avoid the Op Code(s) that don't work properly any
more due to overheated logic gates that no longer function?

Sorry for being sarcastic..... you just told us, your CPU is fried.
