Thats the whole thing about Marketing. You HAVE to show that market that Linux is good for your Desktop.

I don't know about that. I would have been in the front of the line to buy software just a few years ago. Then I learned to use repositories. Then came OS software management such as Yast. Then I learned about tools like alien. Now all I have to do is download a .rpm or .deb and let my OS install it if it's not available from a repository. It's the mindset that it can't be good because it's freely available that I had to overcome. Granted, Gnucash does not look as pretty as Peachtree but it does what I need. Why would I pay for software when it's freely downloadable? Support you say? Then if support that actually solved problems was available, why are there so many forums devoted to pay software? My 2¢.
