[mdlug] What is the Best Bundeled Service Internet/Phone/Cable (With a static IP)

I just sent Comcast away because they were going to charge me $100.00. for a static IP address. We were just with WOW and we were charged 9.99 for a static IP address. WOW was a bit slower but at this point It does not make since to pay 1200 a year for a staice IP address.

Yes I have my servers, But we were not told on the phone and when the installers showed up  then we were told, that is plain crappy, sorry for being rude.
