[mdlug] good distro for openssl, squid, and citrix?

What kind of errors are you getting?  Any linux distribution you  
choose will probably have a separate package for OpenSSL headers.   
You'd probably get a lot better response from the list if you post the  
errors you're seeing.

Also, a couple years ago I noticed that some software packages had  
hard-coded library search paths for OpenSSL (/lib, /usr/lib, /usr/ 
local/lib and /usr/local/openssl/lib, for example), which breaks for  
x86_64 software.  I'm hoping that has been fixed.
