Yes, it's always good to have a backup camera body.

Yet, it is still only as good as the sensor in the camera, which can not 
be upgraded. Personally I wish someone would make a digital back for my F4.

Since the wife and I moved some years ago I have not setup my darkroom. 
Yes I miss it. It's just not the same playing around with a mouse.
