M$ tried the negative campaign at the corporate level with Linux.  It
didn't work.  CIOs wrote them off as biased.  Being positive by
offering both short and long-term solutions and education is what sets
enthusiasts apart from zealots.

* Is your computer showing it's age faster than you expected?
* Have your programs lost their edge?
* Do you feel technology has left you behind and are looking for a
friendly way to catch up?
* Are you dismayed that computer store staff always seem to want you
to throw money at the problem and wish you had somewhere to go for
practical advice?

Now doesn't that sound a lot better?
