Yeah Rob, unfortunately, the current government (Senate included) does
not follow the Constitution nor the already enacted laws - Example being
the Senate's version of the FISA "alteration" to not only allow the
current Executive branch's desires, but to give Big Telcom immunity from
breaking already existing FISA law. For me, forget about all the water
under the bridge, if you retroactively change law, what is "The Rule of
Law" ???
