Read carefully PJ's assessment of the deal and its ties to Gates and 
Microsoft through SCNP and its Saudi financier and also note webster's (a 
retired lawyer who follows groklaw like a saint) comments regarding his 
take on the deal. It may fly; it's been tailored to do so, but it can 
still be headed off or slowed down by sufficient objection from the 
parties in interest, i.e., Novell, IBM, Red Hat, etc. I'm not at all 
surprised, though.
