Before you knock yourself out looking for a phantom partition, have you
considered that sometimes
  100GB = 100*1000*1000*1000 = 100,000,000,000B
and some times
   93GB =  93*1024*1024*1024 =  99,857,989,632B
which rounds to 99.9GB or 100GB when counted the first way?
