[mdlug] Email configuration problem

If they use an outside mail service, such as a hosting provider, AT&T
blocks port 25 by default. You can request to be unblocked through their
abuse reporting page:
http://helpme.att.net/servabuse.php
Just select "**Opt out port 25" from the Abuse type.
