Dean, take a look at ASSP at http://assp.sourceforge.net

It does everything you want without needing to write rules.
You just let it know when it blocks good mail or passes bad
mail.  It's that easy.  And it works.  And after it is trained
it rarely misidentifies email.  You need to watch it closely
for the first hour, and check frequently for the next few
days.  After a few weeks it becomes extremely reliable at
sorting email.
