Well, no offense, but when it comes to Microsoft's legal intentions,
I (and probably most corporations) would give the statements of
Microsoft CEO Steve Ballmer and Microsoft General Counsel Brad Smith
a bit more weight than yours.

Judge: Linux Company, the court rules in favor of Microsoft.
