[mdlug] Can't open SMTP stream.

I am working on getting my mail server back up. I can receive mail through my yahoo account but I am unable to send. When i try to send it get this error "Server replied: 111 Can't open SMTP stream.". I haven't had this problem before. When I do a MX check i get this "Reverse DNS FAILED!  This is a problem." I dont know how to gix that one eather.

I am using squirrelmail with postfix.
