But you CAN'T!!  The source is closed.  Black boxes, nothing but black
boxes and thanks to Tinylimp lawyers buying law you are not allowed to
take them apart. 

Ergo, Tinylimp can make all the claims about how fresh and new the whole
thing is and it cannot be verified, period.  They could claim the code
was debugged by being passed through the digestive tracts of llamas
(instead of the usual male cattle), and you could neither confirm or
deny it.

Yes, they added some features, they added nifty and spiffy.  As to how
new any of it is?  No one without a gag order slapped down on them can
tell.  So they can't tell.

I'm willing the bet that the whole reason for the delays in Vista
release was the DRM.  It cannot work, they tried they really tried, but
in the end it cannot work.  However Tinylimp is so eager to suck the
RIAA and MIAA that they delayed the product trying to get it to work.
