Repeated kernel panics tend to be a sign of hardware issues. Some things
to try:

0. If there are BIOS updates, apply them.

1. Unplug and reseat *everything*. If contacts on RAM or cables look at
all corroded, a pencil eraser can clean them pretty well.

2. Check temperatures, make sure fans are spinning and there's decent
airflow.

3. Disable features, and see if things stabilize. If so, start re-enabling
features until things break again.
a. Some things to try disabling: ACPI, APIC, fast IDE/SATA modes, etc.

...especially sections 3 and 4.
b. Also, try disabling high-speed modes for the video card.

Once things are stabilized, try compiling the Linux kernel over and over.
If you can get 24 hours of that without a panic or a signal 11, you can be
nearly certain the problem is resolved.

I had this problem with a system and it turned out to be memory chips not seated. I reseated and never had a problem after.
