I think MS just also gave their FUD on IP infringement with this
statement:

Microsoft also addressed intellectual property rights as part of the
agreement: According to a press release, the company guarantees that
Xandros technologies “are compliant with Microsoft's intellectual
property.”

Doesn't that statement also include all linux distrobutions since they
are basically all distributing the same thing just bundled up diffrent
and sometimes with some distro unique tools added in.
