Microsoft "invented" the symbolic link?

It's interesting how multi-touch is suddenly the coolest thing.  We have
things like the Apple iPhone and the Microsoft Surface, each with its
respective creator telling us how cool this multi-touch stuff is.
The only problem here is that multi-touch has been around since the
early 80's.  They've invented nothing here.
