I have a small startup website design and development company in the
Ann Arbor area and I'm looking for Linux programers.
They need to know Linux, HTML, PHP, MySQL, if they know apache or
Joomla that's even better.
I'm also looking for people who know Flash, it's more likely that
graphic artists will know this.
Ideally they should live within 30 miles of Ann Arbor because it
really helps if they can meet personally with clients to clarify issues.

I'm hiring independent contractors on a project by project bases.
I have no portfolio of previous clients work to show prospects, so
that means I have to compete on quality, service and price.
In the beginning I can only afford to pay $15 per hour on new
websites. However when I get projects to do maintenance
on currently existing websites I don't have to compete on price so
I'm paying $20 per hour for those jobs.
