[mdlug] Asterisk and other open source business solutions

Yes, I installed it and set it up Dec 2005 when setting up our new office,
and we've been using it since then.  No major issues, other than a little
trouble getting the phones to do what I want them to.  There's, of course, a
wide community base for help with troubleshooting though.
