OK, "Maestro" is up and running.  The Mum replacement is alive with e
Kbuntu live disk.

I need a permanent OS (Linux please) to run what well be my new Stereo
computer.  I am not 100% finished with the hardware.  Two 250+ gig SATA
drives are in the works to store the data.

However I can get the OS working on the 20 gig reserved for same.  I'll
try the included 5.1 sound card before rejecting it for a sound blaster.

Which Linux is they question.  At stake is virgin hardware that has
never seen windows.  Let the distro wars begin.
