Same for me, but that doesn't mean that they won't go away. We live in
an age when, for the most part, if companies can't sell millions of
something, they don't want to sell any. If a high enough proportion of
PC sales become laptops, the desktops that remain will become
'specialty' items, and which point they start to get expensive. If
laptops don't get more upgradable, easier to disassemble/reassemble, and
better able to dissipate heat before then, it will be a sad day for me.
But I still get most of my computers on garbage day anyhow.
