Ray,
	Thanks for the link, however I would prefer a local project over a
remote 501C3 project. So you're not immediately disqualified ;-) In this
day and age the results can be shared world wide instantly. If you're
really interested, have the time to do something like this, and of
course are willing to share the results let me know.
