[mdlug] Palm T|X and Linux?

Hello Everyone,
     I have a one year old, possibly still under warranty, switched
to a replacement unit by Palm because something gave out Palm T|X.
Extended warranty possibly still available for I think $50.00? I would
like to donate this to an organization or persons involved with the
development of Linux on handheld's. Charitable organization status
required. I don't feel right about selling it because; while this
particular unit is only several months old; it is the third unit that
Palm has replaced under warranty for me. Snooping through the forums
reveals I am not alone. It seems something is not quite right with this
particular model? I suppose it is possible the trouble is software
related but I've tired of endless hard resets and transferring my
information over and over. I have upgraded to a Nokia 770.

Anyone?
