AT&T has three phone models available with WiFi Internet Access.

The "Tilt", the 8620 and the iPhone.

If you plan on using WiFi to access the net, you could always just
keep your current phone and contract and then pick up a less pricey iPod
"Touch", which has WiFi support built in and is otherwise identical to the
iPhone, minus the whole "phone" element.

We use the "Tilt" and it's an okay unit. It does run Windows Mobile
6, which I am finding to be rather lame, even though it is usable.
