Here's a summary of the responses so far:
1. Spamassassin (with FuzzyOCR & RulesDuJour)
2. ASSP
3. dnsbl via spamhaus
4. bogofilter
5. Russian mafia

I think I'm going to steer clear of option #5 for obvious reasons.  I've 
setup Spamassassin a long time ago, and I remember having to do quite a bit 
of tweaking to get it working well.  I think I'm gonna try ASSP this time.
