	I do usually buy my handsets outright, so I'm not tied to any
	carrier. But I prefer GSM
	technology to the cdma technology Sprint (Boost), and Verizon
	use. I did check out some prepaid offers, but they
	still cost more than the unlimited data plan I still have from
	AT&T and the new crop of ofers from T-Mobile.
