Voters,

The spreadsheet referenced above treats a candidate's failure to answer,
the same as disagreement with your position,
and no penalty applies in either case.
This favors the candidate who answers the most questions.

If you wish to consider a candidate's answer opposite to your position as
worse than no answer, the spreadsheet needs to be altered.

I have done so, for my own use, but if there is sufficient interest,
I will post my modified version.
The candidates' positions and the questions are
unaltered and can be overlaid from the original onto my modified version,
however my modification does not retain the radio buttons, nor neat borders.
Your position and value must be entered numerically.
