    Most require Motorcycle licenses, from what I understand, which 
means lower insurance premiums as well. They are lightweight and very 
economical, fuel-wise. Personally, I would have trouble paying more than 
$5,000 for any "commuter" vehicle though.

    That's not as realistic with the technology we have available today.

    I am dreaming more along the lines of practical solutions to 
existing problems that could be affordable to the majority of people.
