*Capitalized* medicine, indeed *capitalized* anything, makes putting bad 
choices right more difficult because *capitalism* concentrates power in 
the hands of the few and people with power will find all sorts of 
rationales to avoid relinquishing that power when they have to bother 
with rationales at all.

    See? The exact same thing can be said about capitalism and if you 
can't see that, then you are indeed blind. Our nation's history is 
filled with those in power via capitalism finding all sorts of 
rationales to avoid relinquishing the power they have obtained.

    Look at what Henry Ford did to fight the Unions.

    Look at the more modern examples of the MPAA and their fight against 
the VCR.

    Look at the examples of today with the RIAA and the MPAA fighting 
technology to hold onto their power.

    A middle ground is something that needs to be found.
