Yes, I do plan on coming. I do not have a cell phone, only a laptop,
which I do not plan on bringing (inside, anyway)

Not to be a negative Nellie, but:
1:00 pm is a reasonable time for lunch, normally, to avoid the crowd.
However, since this is Friday, and, in my experience, Friday is the day
when more people (usually office workers) will go out to lunch, which
means that some may delay their lunch break to 'beat the crowd after the
crowd', which may cause delays at the restaurant and especially limited
available parking. It's a toss-up.

Looking at the map Gib sent on Google maps,  I see that there is very
limited parking in front of the building (and it's metered)... again
parking may be limited during this late lunch hour. The nearest parking
lot is about 2-3 blocks SW of Leo's (or about 3-4 linear blocks
walking), called Woodward Parking Lot on the map. Nearest guess is 2-3
dozen spaces, and it also appears to be metered. It's a toss-up as to
whether this will be full or not on Friday. Beware.
