[mdlug] server mail.mdlug.org refusing connections

Hi All,

Just a reminder...if you have any issues with sending or
receiving email, send email to carl at carltm.com from
each server and/or account that needs access.

I checked the mail logs on the server and cannot find
what is causing this error, however I'm sure I can fix
the problem by examining the headers of a message
sent to carl at carltm.com.
