[mdlug] Chrome will not connect to old cert site

Two things come to mind.

If the certificate is invalid for whatever reason, Chrome
is just looking out for you.  Typically this would be for
an incorrect hostname or if it's expired.

If the certificate appears valid, most likely it is from
an untrusted CA.  Do some homework to decide if you
want to trust something that Chrome doesn't.  If so,
find and install the certificate.
