[mdlug] Dirty Pipe vulnerability

Check your kernel versions to see if you're vulnerable
to the "Dirty Pipe."  It was included in 5.8 and later,
but then fixed in some updated versions.

For Linux it should be easy to switch to a safe kernel.
I'm not sure what to do about android devices.
