[mdlug] fun times with comcast email

Just an update...I thought I had allowed incoming email
from all the comcast.net servers, but apparently some
were missing.

So I checked the spf records for comcast.net and unblocked
all of their known server addresses.

As always, shoot a message to carl at carltm.com if you
ever get errors about mdlug.org email.
