[mdlug] Penguicon Presentation Submission

I submitted a birds of a feather for Pengicon related to how hard it
is to install software these days.  I've been running into situations
where different packages that need to be downloaded have been updated
since the documentation was written and new version don't work
together.

But I don't see the submission in the list of submissions.  I wonder
if they select them and mine was not selected.
