[mdlug] PC Doesn't boot after moving the box

I would very gently reseat the memory (pull it out and
put it back in), reseat the video card if it has one, and
then unplug all cables to both hard drives and verify
that the plugs and sockets look good. Hopefully it
will boot. If not, remove the new hard drive. Go into
the BIOS to see if there is some magical setting that
needs tinkering.
