Hello all – I’m looking for a Linux Ninja that can finish up a project 
that has stalled out on me.  It’s functional as-is, but we need someone 
that can debug, add Phase-2 functionality, and possibly re-write the 
front-end GUI.  The system currently runs on Fedora25 – I believe it 
could run on Ubuntu as well but I confirmed this.

It’s a custom app that relies on C, Java, and heavy bash scripting to 
interact with the direct-attached hard drives to collect data on the 
drives and perform commands on the drives.  We’re ideally looking for 
someone with a heavy background in systems admin and OS level (Linux) 
programming.

This is a short-term project with the potential for residual work 
helping us to refine, tweak & improve.  You would be the sole developer 
on this project and would report only to me.  The front-end work could 
be pulled out to a 2^nd person if required.

Work would be done remotely with occasional check-ins.  Our office is in 
Westerville, Ohio but the occasionally check-ins can occur at a mutually 
convenient location.
