Hi Jeremy,
Also, you should make sure that there is a plan to archive and restore
the existing emails and contacts. If they simply transfer the domain
name and set up a mail server then your pastor will have the same
address but a new mailbox with nothing in it. Wordpress has many, many
options for email but something like https://elasticemail.com/ and the
Wordpress plugin could help.
