I just suggested a topic for a birds of a feather to the Penguicon site for the topic of faster computers impact on science. I put you down as a possible interested person.

I also entered a science topic for a net neutrality.

Net neutrality birds of a feather - the implications to science are vast. What will we do: protect ourselves, build a better world or help infrastructure survive? Come to talk about our most connected culture and the fragile way we communicate. Could this kill science and the free flow of ideas?

Penguicon is begging people to enter ideas for science. Please consider putting something in.

Link to submit ideas:

I often submit birds of a feather ideas so I don't have to prepare ahead.

Does your group have a position on net neutrality?
As a dumb consumer, net neutrality makes sense to me.
Any how, the Trump has recently appointed an anti net neutrality person
as head of the FCC.  I expect that person to work to make net neutrality
to go the way of T-Rex.
Thoughts?
