[mdlug] how to install emmet

Hello,

I am trying to install emmet for creating websites. I am looking for advice
on the best way to get it to work in Linux.

I have tried installing it in Vim but I am having some trouble. I am
following the directions from this page (https://github.com/mattn/emmet-vim).


I have tried dowloading the .zip file and then cd into ~/.vim, and even
getting emmet from git and copying the files into ~/.vim but I keep getting
the error that ~/.vim is not directory.
