Thought I would share this with the MUG.org community. We have 4 Linux SysAdmin positions open at Michigan State University. These are all located at the Institute for Cyber Enabled research (iCER) which is the Unit that runs the HPC (High Performance Computing) for all of MSU research community. These are exciting opportunities with a good platform to use your savvy Linux skills. We run a large 500+ nodes (over 7700 cores) cluster with CentOS 6.6 and RHEL 6 on the core infrastructure, Lustre 2.7+ Parallel File System with 1.7 PB as our temp or scratch file system at IO rates of 45+ GB/sec, Puppet for config management, Infiniband QDR, FDR <soon to add EDR> fabric at 50+ GB/s speeds and ZFS for many of the underlying support file systems. There is also a little bit of VMware in there too!
