[mdlug] Penguicon Capture the Flag

Gib,
I found this link to a capture the flag game that was done in 2005.  Its
old but the images are available to create an example.  And it lists our
the rules.  Thought it would be helpful to you and also to anyone that
would like to play around with the idea on their own.
