An Asus ChromeBOX.  Celeron processor 2Gb Ram, 16Gb SSD, 4USB3 ports, 
DisplayPort, HTMI, Ethernet port, Audio plug, Bluetooth, Wifi.  
Upgradable 2 slot Ram. Upgradable SSD

I paid $165 on Amazon but 'refurbished' go for a low as $125.  Just add 
keyboard, mouse, and monitor

I dual boot ChromeOS and Mint and upgraded my ChromeBOX to 4Gb RAM and 
128Gb SSD.
