We are being asked by the library to review their proposed agreement.

It indicates that we need to provide two workshops between now and March.  The workshops must have detailed descriptions two weeks prior to the events.

In additions they will publish information about our meetings and workshops. 

Do we have ideas for the regular monthly meetings and for the workshops?

Hi Gibson,

That was my mistake, sorry about that.  I am glad that Dennis was here to
take care of you.  I will book conference room 30 for the November and
December meetings and if you provide me the meeting dates for January -
March I will get those booked as well, assuming you are satisfied with the
attached updated agreement.  Please sign and return back, or if you have
edits we can discuss further.  You can scan and email, if you'd like, that
would be fine, no need to make a special trip over.

We do need to discuss and plan future workshops.  Note on the agreement that
we'd really like to promote these workshops, but need detailed descriptions
from you far enough in advance that we can flyers made and get them
distributed and the info posted on the website.

Also, if you have a description of the talk you'll do at your monthly
meeting, I am happy to promote that on our website and events schedule too -
if you send it along to me.  I see on your website that the meeting this
past weekend included a presentation, that's the kind of info we could have
made available on our website.
