After reading http://blog.returnpath.com/blog/christine-borgia/all-about-yahoos-dmarc-reject-policy
I have more questions than I did before I read it

My ISP is AT&T DSL. Many years ago Yahoo! took over handeling AT&T
(SBC at the time) email, which had some great bennefits, like allowing
webmail access of my ISP email. However, some time ago (maybe 2 years,
maybe less) Yahoo! changed their EULA for webmail access. There was
something I didn't like about it (I don't recall now what it was) and
as such I never clicked I AGREE. And haven't used the Yahoo! webmail
app since.

On my desktop I still use an email client including several of my
accounts sending out through the SMTP server of my ISP (which is an
address something like smtp.yahoo.att.net) If I understand correctly,
I will still have no problem in regards to , "you can no longer send
mail using your Yahoo address unless you send the mail directly from
Yahoo"

What I am concerned about, is I also have one of my sbcglobal email
accounts as an avaialble "send from" through my gmail webmail. I have
to check my settings, but I think I have an option to send it through
the SMTP or through Gmail. Is that correct, that I no longer can use
the option to send through GMAIL.
