Hi Detroit area folks:
 
I am a former Dearborn MDLUG member, and even attended a few meetings many years back.  I eventually found my way to the Silicon Valley area, although I still lurk on the MDLUG mailing list :)
 
If you are interested in joining the ex-pat community here in Silicon Valley (great weather and economy!), my employer is hiring.  This is a great opportunity to gain experience in the center of the World's IT hub.  And there is probably no more Linux-friendly location in the world.  I do all my work and play on Linux, and of course we only deploy to Linux.
