The Penguicon board is sponsoring a Pengui-Oasis at Detcon1 in ROOM 6812
(main hotel).   We'll be having parties on Friday and Saturday nights,
and will have games (board, card, and possibly video), drinks, snacks,
music, and all of the usual suspects to tie one on with.  We're going to
try to stay open throughout the day, too, so if you want a nice friendly
place for downtime, come on by and join us for socializing and snacks.
