I see. I don't know that we have ever done a video conference with the presenter remote. It may be interesting.

This means I live in silicon valley and the 96 hour round trip drive is a bit too much :-)
We could use Google hangouts though with up to 11 participants. That could allow for micro meetings, where those from Dearborn, for example, might share one large screen.
