[mdlug] Win XP Replacement

If this machine is accessible externally then keeping XP would be a 
security issue. If not I agree just run it on the existing end of life 
operating system. If it is externally accessible then as someone 
mentioned most XP applications should run on Windows 7. If not directly 
then try setting the application's compatibility mode to XP. Hopefully 
this application is not common enough that it's vulnerabilities will be 
exploited.
